LevelRed Inc. was a start-up new-media aggregate focused on the 21-34 year-old demographic through Internet, television, print, special events, and e-commerce business units. I was responsible for all facets of creating the brand, managing a staff of 32, being spokesperson, and providing vision for an award-winning Internet portal, an e-commerce division, two international television shows, a print publication, a special event production unit, as well as the company's core infrastructure of business development, marketing, sales, and administrative staffs. Interfaced with investors, brokers, media, and financiers. Re-structured entire business, wrote business plan and employee manual. Cut burn rate. Instituted company policies, increased revenues and accountability. Formed business units. Responsible for winning four Aegis Awards for production excellence.

"Playing in Style" was a Fox Sports weekly, half-hour winter sports and lifestyle show starring Billy Kidd, myself and two other hosts. Responsible for writing scripts, planning, supervising editors,being on-camera host, developing the website, directing other talent. Produced a high quality television weekly show that achieved a higher rating than other shows in its category.

The PowerBar Pro Mogul Team was a five member team that traveled the world competing in professional mogul skiing competitions, giving skiing exhibitions, and appearing in stores and trade shows. Responsible for organizing team, selling the concept to PowerBar, and other sponsors, negotiating, invoicing, distributing funds, scheduling travel, and competing at the highest international level. Also responsible for negotiating event appearance fees and film appearance fees and rights. Appeared on the cover of both Skiing and Ski magazines.
